For Students

METRO discount fare cards give young people from kindergarten to 12th grade, as well as college and university students, the ability to ride any METRO service for 50 percent off the regular fare. Travel where you want, when you want, and pay just 60 cents a ride on all METRO local bus and light-rail service.

For Seniors

METRO discount fare cards help seniors (ages 65-69) and Medicare cardholders ride all METRO bus and light-rail service at a reduced rate of 50 percent off the regular fare! Whether your day is filled with business, pleasure or just a date with family and friends, METRO senior discounts mean you save money every time you ride - making it easier to "get up and go" more places.

For Disabled or Decorated Veterans

The Qualified METRO Veterans Pass (MVP) launched April 11, 2016, and is part of a six-month pilot program designed to provide qualified U.S. military veterans with unlimited light-rail, local bus, and Park & Ride service for FREE. Applicants must meet one of the following:

A disabled veteran who has suffered, as a result of military service, at least 50 percent service-connected disability or 40 percent service-connected disability because of the amputation of a lower extremity.
A veteran who has earned a medal of valor: Air Force Cross, Congressional Medal of Honor, Distinguished Service Cross, Navy Cross or Purple Heart.
